At One More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t right for you, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The item must have all original tags and packaging attached.

  • The item must not show any signs of washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available size or receive a refund according to the terms of this policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. One More will arrange the appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional campaign may be subject to different return or exchange conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
